Im Interview zum Tag der sozialen Gerechtigkeit: Klaus Stieglitz, Zweiter Vorstand und Menschenrechtsexperte von Hoffnungszeichen e.V.

On the occasion of our anniversary we would like to say thank you. Thank you for your trust in our work and your long-standing support!

Klaus Stieglitz

Chairperson of the Executive Board of Sign of Hope

We will need your cooperation in the future

Article 1 of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany states: The dignity of the human being is inviolable. In 2023, there are still countless people around the world who live in need or distress and whose dignity is violated. In particular, the ongoing Corona pandemic, wars and the increasingly noticeable effects of climate change have exacerbated the situation in recent years. Our vision is a world in which place of birth no longer determines a life of dignity. To this end, we provide humanitarian assistance in the form of emergency and disaster relief, development cooperation, and human rights work. Learn more about the highlights from 40 years of work for more human dignity:

With many years of experience and an international network, we continue to tackle challenges and work towards our vision. Today, around 100 employees from many different nations are active in our aid projects in more than 20 countries.

Join us now and achieve even more together

We would like to use the anniversary to look back on the four decades of work for more human dignity. To do so, we have the following exciting activity:

  • #40YearsHZ: On our Facebook page we would like to surprise you regularly with interesting and worth knowing information about, among other things, the organisation and our countries of operation.

For the 40th birthday, we wish to continue to be active together with you and successfully implement many new projects. Together we are stronger in the effort for a world with more human dignity. About your support in the anniversary year 2023, we would be very pleased.

I would like to support your work.
